U-Pass BC: Summer 2012

Last year, the Provincial Government made the hugely popular U-Pass program available to all public, post-secondary institutions in Metro Vancouver.

The U-Pass BC program is an integrated comprehensive transportation package that provides students with universal, accessible and affordable access to public transit across the region.  The U-Pass BC program costs students $30/month and provides students with unlimited access to Bus, SeaBus and SkyTrain services.

This program is mandatory for all members of UBC’s Alma Mater Society and the cost is included as part of your student fees. New passes are available from the 16th of each month from a bank of high-speed vending machines at the Carding Office in the UBC Bookstore. Simply swipe your student card and the machine will issue your next month’s pass. Our staff at the Carding Office can assist you with any questions you may have.
